Michelin Tires ordered a temperature controller for a machine that was down. Expected delivery from the manufacturer was 4-6 weeks. Accurate provided a temporary controller to the customer at no charge to get them back up and running!

Great customer service, and if they can’t figure it out, Bill comes to the shop and takes a look, measurements and gets us what we need to stay running. I don’t think of them as a vendor, but as a partner and sometimes even like family. They know what we do, how we do it and how we maintain our equipment; we fully trust them.
